This program has been running for more than 3 years, across multiple geographies, and has taken Rijk through the challenge of navigating a Covid lock-down, integrating new acquisitions, building up client capability, and delivering on sustained value creation.
A recent step-back with the C-level executives underscored their appreciation for the program, the level of over-delivery and the commitment of our team. As a result, they have asked Accelerant to broaden the scope from Operations to Supply Chain. All this is a testament to Rijk’s skills as a program director in making sure that the implementation engine continues to gain traction and is becoming embedded within this company.
