After an extensive competitive process, Accelerant has been chosen to support two publicly-listed Consumer companies in their ambition to merge, develop world-class operations and drive one way of working in a multi-site pilot-rollout approach across multiple sites in Europe and the US.
The first phase has focused on quantifying value potential and designing an operational model archetype. The second phase is to implement this model to drive value creation and build internal capability. The change management complexity is considerable in light of the need to integrate two different legacies and cultures across multiple business units.
