Time to introduce the person who is instrumental to our and your continued success, Eva de Coninck Nickless. She has a wealth of experience at the coalface and is therefore ideally suited to seek out the best people for the job. She knows the DNA that is needed for people to join and successfully deliver impactful results in the challenging environments that Accelerant has to offer.
Eva has supported Accelerants’ exponential growth since 2017 with the recruitment, resourcing and staffing of all engagements across the globe. She is a key team member who ensures all our engagements are staffed with the best teams possible.
Eva has spent her entire career in Operational Management consulting, starting out as a management consultant working on engagements across Europe in most of Accelerants current service areas. She honed her recruiting and resourcing skills in subsequent roles as Nordic HR Manager, European HR Business Partner and Head of staffing and Resourcing across EMEA.
