The transformation program then had to lay the groundwork for a sustainable continuous improvement culture across the value chain, resulting in successful realization of the “double top line” target. To secure success a Program and Performance Management system was implemented to improve cross- functional communication, implement active performance management with closed action and decision loops, and create a performance-oriented and aligned organization.
